Room Upgrades

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and we usually get upgraded to a room with two double beds, a sofa bed, a huge bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower.

Room Service Breakfast

By far, this is one of our favorite hotels to eat breakfast at. First of all, it is room service, so they bring the food right up your room. We recommend the steak and eggs because the steak is very juicy and the potatoes are very crispy. Even though the limit is $50 per person, they wiped off all the charges on the final bill, even if we went over.

Overall Review

This hotel deserves a 5 star rating because they have suburb customer service. One time, when our room wasn’t ready until 6 p.m, they gave us $200 free credit to spend on dining. We used the credit to get room service for lunch. The decor of this hotel was extremely fancy. Seasonal decorations filled the lobby such as Christmas trees, and a thanksgiving Turkey made out of chocolate. Some of the amenities this hotel had to offer included a lap pool and a modern gym. The gym contained a mirror, pelotons, and other gym equipment. This hotel is for you if you enjoy fancy hotels, where they treat their customers well. However, hotel guests do have to share the pool and gym with the people living in the apartment complex in the other building.
