Room Upgrades

If the hotel has suites available you can ask to get upgraded. One time we got upgraded to a corner suite which is more spacious. The suite contains a pullout sofa bed, a king bed, a decent sized bathroom, and two TVs.

Free Breakfast

Patchwork is the hotel’s restaurant which serves food such as waffles, pancakes, french toast, and more. There are a variety of options to choose from for breakfast whether you are vegan or gluten free. If you are a Hyatt Globalist, then you will get free breakfast and they usually wipe the whole bill.

Overall Review

We would rate this hotel a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Our overall experience was ok. The reasoning for this rating is because of the parking and the location of the hotel. We would not recommend staying at this hotel during a busy weekend with basketball or baseball because you will get shut out of the garage. When arriving at the hotel, it is also hard to park to unload your luggage. It is tucked away in a narrow alley way and sometimes can become backed up. However, this hotel has many positives such as cleanliness and friendly staff.
